Your Team runs on Claude by Anthropic, one of the most capable and reliable large language models available. Your agents learn and remember everything about your business, but that knowledge lives on your dedicated server. Anthropic never sees, stores, or trains on your data.
Yes. Every client gets their own dedicated server: complete data isolation, not shared infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Your business data never leaves your server except to process requests through Anthropic's zero-retention API, which means it's never stored or used for model training.
